Kuta, Bali — PT Indonesian Visas Agency, a Bali-based provider of visa and immigration services, has formed a strategic partnership with Australia’s Renova Estetika Pty Ltd to enhance cross-border services, including visa processing and company formation, between Indonesia and Australia. The agreement was signed on December 7, 2025, at Zeen Coffee in Kuta, by Bayu, Director of PT Indonesian Visas Agency, and Jarrod, owner of Renova Estetika Pty Ltd — marking a significant step in connecting the two nations' growing visa and business services sectors.
The partnership builds on a collaborative history dating back to 2019 — years before Renova Estetika Pty Ltd had been established by its owner, Jarrod. At that stage the cooperation was informal and narrow in scope, covering only routine visa assistance: Indonesian visas for foreign nationals and Australian visas for Indonesian applicants. PT Indonesian Visas Agency, then known as Bali Help under CV Tunas Raya, worked directly with Jarrod on those services. After more than five years of working together, both parties moved to formalize and significantly expand the arrangement, leading to the recent signing.
The new agreement upgrades that once-straightforward visa arrangement into a broader partnership spanning several fields, including:
- Indonesian Visas: Processing of entry, stay, and residency-related visas for foreign nationals in Indonesia.
- Australian Visas: Visa processing support for Indonesian applicants seeking entry to Australia.
- Visa Sponsorship: Assistance with sponsorship arrangements in both countries.

As Bali continues to attract foreign nationals and international businesses, the partnership aims to meet the increasing demand for visa and business services. This interest is bolstered by the Indonesian government's initiative to create an Indonesia International Financial Center in Bali, which is expected to draw global investment and talent.
